Transport - There are numerous ways that
you can get around in Adelaide. One of the nicest
ways to travel about Adelaide is by the Ghan Track.
It is on of the great train journeys of the world.
This is great if you love to relax and enjoy all the
beautiful scenery. Please do make every effort to
take this form of transportation while you are visiting
the area. There are also many other ways to get around
the area. All the major car rental agencies service
the area and Adelaide has a taxi service for your
convenience, too. The city also has metropolitan buses
and trains and a tram. There are also good cycling
tracks and bicycle lanes.
The Adelaide Connector is a free
free bus service with facilities such as hospitals,
universities, schools, community services and shopping
precincts. There are two Free Bus Services available
in Adelaide . The City Loop and the Beeline. City
Loop passes all of the main attractions, shops and
cultural districts of Adelaide . This is a great way
to see the city. The Beeline starts at Adelaide
Railway Station and runs from Monday - Thursday
7.40am , 7.50am , 8.00am - 6.00pm , leaving every
5 minutes. Friday As above with the additional 6.10
- 9.20, leaving every 10 minutes and Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm
